Open the home screen and tap Expansions → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google Account you bought it with.

Do this if you bought the full game and it doesn’t show as bought, for example after reinstalling the app or on a new device. Restoring is free and needs an internet connection: it simply asks the App Store or Google Play what your account has bought.

Isopolis has ten save slots plus an autosave, and they’re saved only on your device. The game doesn’t sync with iCloud or any other cloud service, so your cities don’t move to another device on their own.

Deleting the app deletes them. On iPhone and iPad, a device backup, for example iCloud Backup, can bring them back. On Android, the game’s files aren’t included in Google’s cloud backup.

Purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Google Play order history.

Each store decides on refunds under its own rules.

English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

The first time you open it, Isopolis uses your device’s language if it’s one of these, and English if not. Change it at any time in Settings → Language, from the home screen or during a game.
